The layout of the magazine in order, going clockwise.
• Above the title, a line of writing promoting a feature inside. This must be a special and unusual feature. The font will be an average size, bigger than the general feature promotions but smaller than the title.
• The header, a huge font conforming to the house style. This must be the largest font on the page. This will be at the top.
• A thin barcode on its side immediately below the header. The issue number and price shall run along the top of the barcode in a small font.
• A circle which looks like a sticker with a feature inside – ‘Free iTunes download inside!’
• Smaller features in smaller fonts along the right hand side. Approx. 5.
• A banner, not very thick in width, running along the bottom of the magazine on a slant. This will promote features also. On the left, the second biggest fonts on the magazine and on the left, 3 bullet points promoting other things.
• On the right above the banner, an article with a big number promoting the chart countdown.
• Above this, the name of the person featured. Underneath the name, an interview with the person shall be promoted in a smaller font.
• In small font, the month of the magazines release and the year. E.g. January 2009.
